I'm a pretty knowledgeable car guy and I have to say this is the best overall repair shop I have found in the PDX area in 20 years. I have a beautiful 37 year old Chevy stationwagon. No one wants to work on it because of it's age. When it had a heater core leak and stuck AC/Heating air control flappers I was at a loss of where to take it. After searching websites, despite the fact this shop is a long way from my home I decided maybe they were the right ones to try. They took it and fixed it faster and for less money than I expected ... and it has stayed fixed. So when the the automatic transmission started leaking fluid I took it back. It was leaking in two areas, one major and one minor. They fixed both but didn't charge me for time and small part to fix the minor area. Some number of weeks later I noticed small amounts of transmission fluid leaking again. I called, they bring it right down and we'll look at it, which I did. They said the small part they installed for free last time had failed and needed to be replaced, which they did while I waited. when finished they wouldn't let me pay - and I tried. These guys are good and they know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am recommending them to everyone I know.
