Dishonest business. Do not visit this or any "honest auto care" could not be furthest from the truth. Calling the news to tell them about overbilling, unnecessary repairs, and extreme rude disposition. "Honesty and Integrety are pillars...... unwavering commitment to customers......" what a bunch of Garbage. Plus, this business is listed several times on Google/Yahoo with different phone numbers so you are trapped into calling them. RIPOFF

He thoroughly explains everything with a ton of patience and fixes the problems EVERY SINGLE TIME! We always leave at ease and it's nice to be able to rely on an honest mechanic shop who treats you like family and has the best deals in town. Honest 1 is far and away the best experience I have had with an autoshop. Pete is superbly helpful and I am comfortable leaving the safety of those in my car in his hands.

I took my car to Honest-1 today and was really impressed with the service I received. In the past, I have taken my car to Jiffy Lube and Oil Can Henry's to get my car's oil changed and always dreaded the inevitable up-sell attempts. I didn't experience any of that at all today at Honest-1. Pete, the manager, helped me get my oil changed, tires rotated, and brakes inspected, quickly and for an unbeatable price. Much appreciated!

These guys have always been solid! They never bulls**t you. Give you up front what is going on and go into as much detail as you need. They are fast and courteous and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I've has several really good experiences with these guys over the last month. I live in the neighborhood and brought the car in to get a burned out taillight fixed. The guys did it in no time, changed 3 other bulbs and didn't charge me a dime. I suppose that's a good way to recruit new customers because the next week I came back for a transmission flush. Unlike most other places they scheduled me in for just a few hours allowing me to have my car for most of the day. I guess I'm so used to having to give up my car for a full day no matter how routine the service that this really pleasantly surprised me. The other day there was a rock stuck on with tar between my brakes and the rotors and while another shop wanted to replace ALL of my cars brakes and rotors (front and back!) without taking much of a look, these guys diagnosed the problem, removed the rock and fixed it all, again at no charge, again - a pleasant surprise. You can ask for a buy 3 get one free oil change card next time you're there too. The front desk guys Pete and Steve are very friendly and explain car things in regular words, without pushing unnecessary services on you like many of the other shops that I've gone to. Sure, they'll offer you all the services that they can, but I've never felt pressured in any way. On top of that they have consistently quoted me the lowest price for services compared to 2 other shops in the Portland/ Vancouver area where I used to take my car. This place is just better than what I've come to expect from mechanics these days.
