I started using this shop because it was close to my house but I continue going there because they have great customer service and reasonable prices. Pete is always honest and explains things in a way I can understand. I went to Les Schwab for some break work and they told me I had a broken rotor which was going to cost over $300 I took the estimate to Honest-1 and got the part for half the price. They always get my car in quickly and finish the work by the end of the day. I would recommend this shop to anyone, Pete will help you out.

A quadruple thanks to Pete and the crew at honest one. Pete is one of the most genuine people I have met. He has a talent for dealing with people in addition to being a great mechanic. The first time I walked in I told him a friend of mine referred me to the place. He not only remembered her by name, but proceeded to rattle off the last two cars she had taken in there. Stellar memory! He helped me out with my vehicle when I got in a wreck by going above and beyond the call of an everyday mechanic. I am very grateful to him for letting my car sit until the insurance end was squared away. Every time I go in there everyone is pleasant to deal with. Their attitudes and responsiveness to helping me out during a crisis even when they weren't getting money out of the transaction has made me a customer for life. Keep up the good work Honest One and thank you very much.

These guys where so awesome and made having my car repaired a surprisingly pleasant experience with the best price in town! They where able to get me in quickly, honored their original estimate and they even had free drinks and computers with internet for customers to use in the waiting room. Everyone, mechanics included, where super friendly. I have found my new mechanic!

Pete and the rest of the guys go out of their way to do the best work on my car, give Excellent Customer Service, suggestions, and deals. Pete personally not only deals with me as a customer, but also as a friend. I have been to Honest A-1 for anything from major engine trouble, to oil changes, to new tires. They are QUICK, friendly, and they are HONEST. Plus they do have free sodas and free internet while you wait. Honest A-1 has built trust with me and I never have felt taken advantage of. I was super apprehensive to try the shop on SE Stark because of a pretty terrible experience at the location on 82nd. Even so, I decided to give this place a go since it came with a friend's very high recommendation. Pete could not have been nicer, quicker and the price was quite affordable. Unfortunately I have been to several mechanics since moving here but now I finally feel like I know one that I can trust!
