Crane said his experience at this business was good. The service did not knock his socks off, but his vehicle works and he was charged a decent price.

Scotty and team at the SE Stark location were everything you could want in an auto repair shop. I needed to get a slow leaking tire repaired (not replaced) and when I contacted them through Yelp I received an immediate response. After easily scheduling the appointment I was greeted by friendly guys who got me in an out in less than 5 minutes.Even better: they fixed the tire at no cost. They had originally quoted me a price via Yelp of $20, but when I was there and they fixed the tire, Scotty very kindly said it would be no charge.These guys are skilled, fast, friendly and honest.

Pete is my 4th mechanic in Portland. The first 3 seemed under-skilled and/or untrustworthy. I don't come in often, but when I need something Pete usually answers my email in (I'm not kidding) under 5 minutes. Once we set an appointment, my car is always fixed well, on time, and for a reasonable price. It's nice to know I won't need 5th mechanic in town. I will literally never go to anyone else. As for the waiting room...you can tell they're trying. Coffee, computers, chairs, TV, etc. Unfortunately all the furniture feels old, most of the chairs are uncomfortable, and the tables are too high. The layout is a little unfortunate, but some new furniture would go a loooooong way. 5 stars for being an awesome, honest auto shop. -1 star for an unfortunate waiting room.
