Thank you again for great service. I had to be towed to the shop and leave my car for diagnosis. The bad news was I needed a new distributor. The good news was it could be taken care of the following day. I love having a neighborhood shop where the people know me and know my car.

I couldn't be happier with the service I get at Honest 1. They never suggest work that isn't needed. They are fast, friendly and very helpful. So happy they are just a short walk away!

Great service! Worth every penny. Have spent a lot of money here, I come here when warranty won't cover costs at dealership. The guys at the counter can be a little harsh in the way they deal with customers, but these guys are called Honest One not Upselling and Sugar Coating. The building is a little outdated, and there's not an area for kids to wait. I would not plan on hanging out in the office if possible. But by all means, this is some superior service.

Feel OK about service- a little bit of lack of communication such as not receiving a call confirming the work was complete, and not getting full report on work done/ not done.

This used to be my go-to mechanic when Pete the previous manager was still there. He was always helpful and always gave me a good price. This is not so anymore. I went in last week, they really tried to rip me off and were rude. Gave me a diagnostic on my car even though I knew exactly what was wrong with it already. Claimed I needed almost 1000$ in repairs even though I needed something small to be fixed. And even when I just got them to do the repair I wanted in the first place, I still feel like I was overcharged for the service. Also the manager was quite rude to me on the phone. Terrible experience here. I will not be going back.

Honest and dependable auto service. Get regular oil changes there, but you'll need to leave the car.
