Well this was an experience. Called in earlier to see how much the price was to change tires. They quoted and I said I will let them know. Hours later we pull up and I talked to the office and they remembered who I was from the phone. I asked how long it will take to change them and if the price is still the same, which it was. He said it will be done before 4 pm. So I left to consult with my wife. Came back in and he said, "You know what, I will have it done before to 2 pm." We got excited and thanked him, since this was our first time using them. They did an amazing job. Fast and professional. They were done by 1:18 PM! He even recommend some nearby places to go eat. :)

Honest 1 has become my go-to shop for auto repairs in Portland. I've never been upsold anything, it's always fast and reasonable. These are seemingly rare things in the auto repair world. Which is why, when my work asked me to get a truck serviced for them, I took that to Honest 1 as well. Good people. (Oh, and I never rate anything five stars, so this is pretty much a top rating.)

As is often the case with auto shops, I got to experience Honest-1's services in a less-than-ideal situation. What we thought would be a few hundred dollar repair at most turned out to be much more extensive. We told Pete what we were able to put into the car to make it work, and he made it happen. Beyond that, Pete was prompt and communicative throughout the whole process, and I felt like I was being treated fairly and with respect. If you like your car repairs accompanied by a heaping portion of condescension that leave you feeling dubious and helpless, Honest-1 is not your shop.

Fletcher said he has an extensive relationship with the business and will continue to go there.

Ryan said the business was quick and honest. They did what needed to be done without charging for random things.
