I came to Honest 1 auto with almost no money and a truck that would not pass DEQ. I was stressed and worried that I could not afford to get back driving again. Clifford (my truck) proved to be difficult, and took awhile to figure out but Pete and the guys at Honest 1 took the time and continued to look at it and found the problem without raking me across the coals. It was nice to talk to PEOPLE and not figures or computer generated responses, who took the time to make sure I could pass DEQ.

It took longer because of my limited cash flow, but they worked with me on that too and trusted me to follow through with the arrangements. The final weeks they drove Clifford night and day to clear Nissan's crazy code cycles and finally got it done and I'm a legal beagle again!! I will send anyone who asks for a mechanic to Honest-1, and tell them to ask for Pete. :) Thank you guys so much!

Wow! I am super impressed with your comfortable, clean and accommodating waiting area! Free Wi-Fi and internet café; what an excellent idea! I always dread taking my car to the shop because I know I'll have to sit for hours staring at the wall drinking lukewarm coffee and flipping through hunting magazines from 2001. Other shops should take note. Wow again, I am very impressed. P.S. Cold drinks and flatscreen T.V., well done. Thank you!

I love this place and have been going to the Clackamas shop for a while, using their online coupons. They have an internet cafe, kids play area and McDonalds is right next door!

We bought their coupons when they came door-to-door last winter and I've used them for our vehicles and they are really friendly. It's also convenient because they have computers and Wi-Fi while you wait, which I've never seen before at other places....

I'd like to pass on an "atta boy" for Rob. You see, I live on Social Security Retirement benefits. I scraped together the money to get my truck re-registered, but when I went to DEQ, it failed. NOX allowed at 200, tested at 220. I went into your store, based on a recommendation from a neighbor, explained my situation to Rob, and he did something no other mechanic has ever done for me. He told me to take the truck for a long drive and then go back to DEQ. I did. It tested at 80. That saved me serious money, and I can assure you, my business will be at your store from now on. Now a days, you probably get only complaints. Thought you could use some good news. I sure did.
